Special W trek

This is our secret recipe for the world famous W Trek! If you want to avoid the most crowded areas and add some awesome extra adventures, this is your trip!

Day 1 / Base of the Towers

This trip starts in Puerto Natales, a lovely town on the Señoret Channel. At 7:30 am, you will take a public bus (2,5 hrs) to Torres del Paine National Park, which was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1978. Today, you will trek the most famous trail in Paine: The Base of the Towers. (7 hrs. round trip 19km)

Highlights: Wildlife, Almirante Nieto mountain, Paine Towers.

Day 2 / French Valley, Paine Horns

Around 8:30 a private transportation will pick you up to take you to Pudeto. From there, you will take a Catamaran that crosses Pehoe Lake all the way to Paine Grande Refuge.

From here, you will start your trek of the day: The Beutiful French Valley. (5 – 6 hrs. round trip, 10,8 km)

Highlights: Pehoe Lake, Paine Horns, Paine Grande mountain, French Glacier.

Day 3 / Grey Glacier

Today, you will have all morning to trek to Grey Refuge. (3,5 hrs one way, 11 km) In the afternoon, you can rest and enjoy the place or hike to Los Guardas campsite to a beautiful lookout to Grey Glaciar from above. (1 hrs round trip, 2 km)

Highlights: Grey Glacier, Olguin Range

Day 4 – At 12:15 hrs, you will catch a boat that will take you to the front of the magnificent Grey Glacier. The boat gets very close to the blue ice giant. (2,5 hrs)

After the boat trip, a shuttle will take you to the Park’s Administration so you can catch the bus back to Puerto Natales at 18:00 hrs.
